2017 Season - Indoor: Did not compete.
2017 Season - Outdoor: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran three races • ran a career-best 10:37.36 in the 3,000m and placed fourth at the Janis Rider Invite • took fifth in the 5,000m at the BearCat Twilight in a season-best 18:11.31.
2016 Season - Indoor: Ran five races • finished 11th in the mile with a time of 5:24.86 at the UST Invite • ran season-best 10:06.76 to place third in the 3,000m at the Parents Day Invite • ran 18:19.55 in lone appearance in the 5,000m at the Jack Johnson Classic.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Ran five races with appearances in the 1,500m and 5,000m • recorded career-best times in both events • placed ninth in the 1,500m in a career-best 4:42.76 at the Tommie Twilight • finished third in the 5,000m in a career-best 17:17.46 at the Kip Janvrin Open.
2015 Season - Indoor: Ran five races • placed third in the mile at the Minnesota Open in 5:04.98 • clocked a 9:50.72 in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic • finished 10th in the 5,000m at the Meyo Invitational in 16:57.60 • placed 16th in the 5,000m (16:58.04) at the Big Ten Championship.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Ran one race, placing 12th in the 3,000m run at the Musco Twilight.
2014 Season: Redshirted the 2013 cross country season and the 2014 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Eagan High School • high school coaches were Lisa Langenhahn and Rob Graham • four-time all-state honoree in cross country • named high school All-American in 2012 • finished fourth (14:06.5) to lead Eagan to a second-place finish at the 2012 Class 2A cross country state meet • won the Section 3AA title by 37 seconds on the way to state • set the South Suburban Conference record with a winning time of 14:04 • finished 66th at the 2012 Nike Cross Nationals • posted third (2012) and fourth-place (2012) finishes in the Roy Griak Invitational high school race • on the track, finished second in the 3,200m and fifth in the 1,600m at the 2012 state meet • second in the 3,200m again at the 2013 state meet and eighth in the 1,600m to lead Eagan to a fourth-place finish • set her 3,200m PR of 10:24.69 at the 2013 Hamline Elite Meet • set her 1,600m PR of 5:01.01 at the 2012 Section 3AA meet • second in the 5,000m at the 2012 New Balance Outdoor Nationals with a PR of 16:43.65 • ran the 2-mile and 5,000m at the 2013 NBN meet • National Honor Society member • graduated with honors in the top 5% of her class.
