2012 Season - Indoor: Raced season-best times in the 400 (57.10) and 600 meters (1:33.01) at the Big Ten Championships placed third at the Jack Johnson Classic (1:33.59) in the 600 meters member of the seventh-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:45.63) at the Meyo Invitational ran the 600-yard dash in 1:23.97 at the Iowa State classic, placing sixth. Outdoor: NCAA regional qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles competed in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championships finished third in the 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 59.54 at the Arkansas Invitational Academic All-Big Ten with a 4.0 GPA.
2011 Season - Indoor: Placed sixth at the Jack Johnson Classic in the 600m with a time of 1:34.46 ran the third leg in the 4x400m relay that finished fifth (3:43.41) at the Iowa State Classic. Also ran 600yd finishing 6th in 1:23.94 ran 3rd leg of the 4x400 relay and competed in the 600m in the Big Ten Championships. Outdoor: Took fourth at the Big Ten championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.44 (4th best all time) finished third (59.20) at the Sun Angel Classic finished second at LSU (59.25) won the 400m hurdles at Mesa Classic qualified for NCAA West Regional in 400m hurdles finishing 15th ran lead leg on the 3rd place 4x400m relay at the Big Ten championships, in a school record time of 3:38.03 earned team's Most Improved Award
2009 Season - Indoor: Ran anchor on the 4x400m relay team that placed first at the Northwest Open ran the 600 meter at the Jack Johnson Classic (7th) and the Parents' Day Open (8th). Outdoor: Competed in nine meets placed first in the 400m hurdles at both the Tommie Twilight (1:02.74) and the Hamline Twilight (1:03.41) ran a time of 1:02.98 in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championships ran anchor on the 4x400m relay team that placed third at the Mesa Classic.
2008 Season: Redshirted the 2008 indoor and outdoor seasons.
