2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in the shot put at the Big Ten Championships, placing 12th with a throw of 49-3 (15.02m) set a personal record at the Meyo Invitational, launching a throw of 50-11 (15.52m) to place third and earn the sixth-best standing on Minnesota's all-time list won the Jack Johnson Classic (49-7) and the Northwest Open (48-9) shot put competitions. Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round as a freshman and finished 15th with a throw of 51-9 1/4 (15.78m) took third in shot put at the Big Ten Championships with the fourth-best throw in Minnesota history, 52-6 (16.00m) won six shot put titles during the season at the: Rider Invite, Tommie Twilight, Hamline Twilight, Aztec Invitational, Holst Invitational, and Hamline Invite recorded a season-best hammer throw of 155-8 (47.45m) at the Aztec Invitational finished third in hammer at the Holst Invitational Academic All-Big Ten.
2011 Season: Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Eau Claire Memorial High School high school coaches were Mark Johnson and Joel Robaidek placed third in shot put with a throw of 46-0 at the 2010 Wisconsin Division 1 state meet placed third in 2009, sixth in 2008, and 20th in 2007 three-time Big Rivers Conference champion in shot put (2008-10) also an all-conference swimmer five-time E2 winner two-time Real Life Academy participant.
Personal: Born September 21, 1991 intends to major in biology daughter of Paul and Jaci has younger brothers Alex and Paul loves animals and hopes to work with them some day.
