2013 Season - Indoor: Won the weight throw at the Northwest Open with a toss of 52-8 (16.05m) • third in weight throw at the Parents Day Open. Outdoor: Threw the hammer at the Meet of the Unsaintly • Academic All-Big Ten.

2012 Season - Indoor: Placed sixth in the weight throw (53-9 1/4) and eighth in the shot put (41-7 1/4) at the Jack Johnson Classic • threw 43-4 1/2 (13.22m) in the shot put at the Northwest Open to take fourth. Outdoor: Threw a season-best hammer toss of 154-1 (46.97m) at the Hamline Twilight • also competed at the Holst Invitational and Hamline Invite.

2010 Season - Indoor: Competed in eight meets • threw the shot put and weight at the Big Ten Championships • landed a season-best throw of 45-2 1/2 in shot put at the meet • placed third in the weight throw at the Parents' Day Open with a heave of 53-3 1/2. Outdoor: Competed in eight meets • threw the hammer at the Big Ten meet landing a season-best effort of 156-3 • won hammer at Tommie Twilight Meet • threw the shot in three meets with a top throw of 43-10 at the Shamrock Invitational • Academic All-Big Ten.

2009 Season: Redshirted in the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School:A 2008 graduate of Mound/Westonka High School • high school coach was Mindy Kostecki • earned Minnesota Class AA all-state honors with a seventh-place finish in the shot put as a senior • four-time Wright County Conference shot put champion • personal best of 41-0 • five-time track letterwinner, twice in volleyball.
