PRONUNCIATION:

2018 Season - Indoor: Competed at seven meets, including three appearances in the pentathlon • NCAA Indoor Championship qualifier in long jump but did not record a mark • broke Minnesota's indoor program record in the long jump with a career-best leap of 6.56m (21-06.25) to win the event at The Dual • placed sixth in long jump (5.95m, 19-06.25) and competed in the pentathlon but did not finish the event at the Big Ten Championship • recorded a season-best time of 8.65 seconds in the 60m hurdles in the B1G pentathlon • recorded a season-best score of 3,711 in the pentathlon to place fourth at the Jack Johnson Classic • recorded a career-best throw of 14.68m (48-02.00) in the shot put during the Jack Johnson Classic pentathlon • recorded a season-best time of 2:32.86 in the 800m in the SDSU Holiday Invite pentathlon • cleared a season-best mark of 1.60m (5-03.00) in high jump at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational • ended the season ranked first in long jump (6.56m, 21-06.25), fifth in 60m hurdles (8.65), and ninth in pentathlon (3,711) among all-time Gophers.

2016-17 • Sophomore Season: Competed at six meets for Barton during the indoor season • repeated as NJCAA national champion in the pentathlon with a score of 3,943 points and placed fifth in the 60m hurdles (8.71), eighth in shot put (13.77m, 45-02.25), 12th in long jump (5.46m, 17-11), and 13th in high jump (1.61m, 5-03.25) at the 2017 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships • competed at five meets during the outdoor season • repeated as NJCAA national champion in the javelin (career-best 48.92m, 160-06) and heptathlon (5,227) and placed seventh in the 100m hurdles (14.46), and 11th in shot put (12.44m, 40-09.75) at the 2017 NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships • named NJCAA First Team Field All-American in pentathlon, javelin, and heptathlon.

2015-16 • Freshman Season: Began collegiate career at Barton Community College in great Bend, Kan. • competed at six meets during the indoor season with appearances in the 60m hurdles, 800m, 4x400m relay, shot put, high jump, long jump, and pentathlon • won NJCAA national title in the pentathlon with a national record 4,003 points, finished as national runner-up in the 60m hurdles (8.58) and placed fourth in long jump (5.69m, 18-08.00) at the 2016 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships • competed at six meets with appearances in the 100m, 200m, 800m, 100m hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin, and heptathlon • won heptathlon with a career-best 5,397 points at the West Texas A&M Classic and Multi • two-time NJCAA national champion outdoors, winning javelin with a throw of 45.10m (147-11) and winning the heptathlon with a score of 5,201 along with placing eighth in both the 100m hurdles (14.54) and shot put (career-best 14.23m, 46-08.25) at the 2016 NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships • named NJCAA First Team Field All-American in pentathlon, javelin, and heptathlon and NJCAA Second Team Track All-American in 60m hurdles.
