2015 Season - Indoor: Ran seven races • ran career-best times in the 600m (1:36.48) and 800m (2:14.95) • placed sixth in the mile in a season-best 5:15.85 at the Minnesota Open • finished as 600m runner-up in 1:36.48 at the Parents Day Invite • ran on the runner-up 4x400m relay at the Parents Day Invite and the sixth-place distance medley relay at the Meyo Invitational.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Ran eight races • placed third in the 800m in a season-best 2:15.06 at the Eagle Open • ran a season-best 4:53.66 in the 1,500m at the Jaguar Challenge • ran on the 4x400m relay at the Musco Twilight and the Janis Rider Invite • Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2014 Season - Indoor: Ran eight races • ran a career-best 5:03.38 in the mile at Iowa State Classic • finished sixth in the 800m in a season-best 2:16.60 at Parents Day Open • took seventh in the mile (5:07.12) at UW-River Falls Invite • ran on the first-place 4x400m relay team (4:06.55) at UW-River Falls Invite • ran on second-place distance medley relay (12:06.05) at Parents Day open.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Ran six races • recorded career-best times in the 800m (2:13.53) and 1,500m (4:36.87) • placed third in 800m (2:13.53) at UW-La Crosse • ran the 800m at Meet of the Unsaintly (2:15.10) and Carleton Relays (2:16.73) • finished sixth in 1,500m (4:36.87) at Spec Towns Invitational • ran on the second-place 4x400m relay (4:02.67) at Carleton Relays.
2013 Season - Indoor: Finished third in the 800m at the Parents Day Open (2:16.40) • posted a season-best mile time at the Iowa State Classic (5:06.50) • ran the 4x400m relay at the Bison Classic.
2013 Season - Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1,500m at the Musco Twilight with a season-best time of 4:40.85 • ran in the 4x400m relay at the Alabama Invite.
2012 Season: Redshirted the 2011 cross country season and the 2012 indoor and outdoor track seasons.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wis. • high school coach was Curt Kaczor • four-year team captain for both cross country and track and field • four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field • team finished third at cross country state championship • also participated in basketball, earning all-area honors as a senior • four-year honor roll member • academic all-state honoree • cross country state champions in 2007 • state runner-up in the 800m • National Honor Society member.
