2013 Season - Indoor: Finished third in the 800 meters at the Parents Day Open (2:16.40) • posted a season-best mile time at the Iowa State Classic (5:06.50) • ran the 4x400m relay at the Bison Classic. Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1,500 meters at the Musco Twilight with a season-best time of 4:40.85 • ran in the 4x400m relay at the Alabama Invite.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wis. • high school coach was Curt Kaczor • team captain for both cross country and track all four years • lettered all four years in cross country/track and field • team finished third in cross country state championship • also participated in basketball earning All-area honors as a senior • honor roll all four years and academic all-state• cross country state champions in 2007• was a state runner-up in the 800m • National Honors Society member.
