2016 Season - Indoor: Competed at six meets, including two appearances in the pentathlon • scored a career-best 3,624 points to move into 10th in Minnesota history and finish seventh in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic • placed ninth in long jump at the Big Ten Championship with a career-best jump of 5.79m (19-00) • set season bests of 2:29.56 in the 800m, 1.60m (5-03) in high jump, and 11.25m (36-11) in shot put at the Jack Johnson Classic • recorded a season best of 9.347 in the 60m hurdles at the ISU Classic • placed fourth in the pentathlon (3,248) at the CSS Opener.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • competed at four meets, including two appearances in the heptathlon • scored a career-best 4,893 points to place ninth in the heptathlon and recorded an outdoor career-best jump of 5.65m (18-06.50) in long jump to place 16th at the Big Ten Championship • ended the season ranked 10th among all-time Gopher heptathletes • recorded a career-best in the 200m (24.73) and season-bests in the 100m hurdles (15.25) and shot put (10.83m, 35-06.50) during the B1G heptathlon • recorded career-bests in the 800m (2:24.36) and high jump (1.60m, 5-03.00) during the California Invite heptathlon, scoring 4,842 points • earned a season-best mark in the javelin of 32.46m (106-06) at the UCLA Legends Invitational.
2015 Season - Indoor: Competed in the pentathlon at two meets • placed eighth in the pentathlon at Big Tens with a season-best 3,538 points and took seventh at the Jack Johnson Classic (3,298) • ran a career-best 2:28.83 in the 800m during the Big Ten pentathlon • had season-best marks of 9.32 in the 60m hurdles, 1.56m (5-01.25) in the high jump, 5.53m (18-01.75) in the long jump and 11.02m (36-02.00) in the shot put • ran on the first-place 4x400m relay team at the Minnesota Open.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • competed in the heptathlon at two meets, including recording a career-best 4,879 points to finish ninth at the Virginia Challenge • ended the season ranked 10th in program history in the heptathlon (4,879 points) • finished ninth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championship with 4,317 points • recorded career-best marks in the 200m (25.10), 100m hurdles (15.23), long jump (5.58m, 18-03.75), and javelin (39.08m, 128-02.75) along with heptathlon career-best (4,879) • tied her career-best mark in the high jump at 1.60m (5-03.00) • recorded season-bests of 2:27.61 in the 800m and 10.74m (35-03.00) in the shot put.
2014 Season - Indoor: Set indoor career-best marks in four of five pentathlon events • finished ninth in pentathlon at Big Tens with career-best 3,544 to rank eighth in Gopher history • recorded career bests in the 800m (2:32.05), long jump (18-03.00, 5.56m) and shot put (37-08.75, 11.50m) at Big Tens • cleared career-best 5-03.75 (1.62m) in high jump for fourth place at Northwest Open • ran season-best 9.29 in 60m hurdles in pentathlon and finished eighth in the pentathlon at Bill Bergan Invite.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • competed at five meets, including two appearances in the heptathlon • finished seventh in the heptathlon at Big Ten Championships with a career-best 4,806 points, recording season bests in the 200m (25.44), 100m hurdles (15.61) and javelin (111-05, 33.97m) • finished 19th in the open long jump at Big Tens with a leap of 16-10.50 (5.14m) • finished ninth in the heptathlon with 4,801 points at Spec Towns Invitational • recorded a career-best throw of 37-00.25 (11.28m) in the shot put, ran a season-best 2:30.32 in the 800m and cleared a season-best 5-01.25 (1.56m) in high jump at Spec Towns • finished eighth in long jump at UC San Diego Invite with a career-best jump of 18-02.50 (5.55m).
2013 Season - Indoor: Competed in the pentathlon twice, finishing fourth at the Jack Johnson Classic (3,353 points) and fifth at the Iowa State Classic • took second in pentathlon shot put at the Jack Johnson Classic.
2013 Season - Outdoor: Finished 10th in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championships with the 10th-best point total in school history (4,825) • set four event PRs at Big Tens • finished fourth in the heptathlon at the Kansas Relays, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the high jump • took second in long jump at the Janis Rider Invite.
2012 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
