Get to Know Your Gophers: Pauline Gilbert
Pauline Gilbert of the Minnesota women's tennis team.

March 6, 2013

Meet Pauline Gilbert of the Minnesota women's tennis team in this "Get to Know Your Gophers" feature, presented by Securian.

Gilbert, a junior on this year's squad, posted a 6-7 singles and 6-2 doubles record throughout this past fall tennis season. This spring she defeated Carleton's Grace Davis by a 6-1, 6-2 score to help the Maroon and Gold to a 7-0 sweep over the Knights. Watch the video and find out her style of play, her biggest pet peeve, and what food she misses most from her native France.

After a week break, the team returns to action on March 18 when they face Connecticut in Orlando, Fla.
