Minnesota diving competed in their first platform competition of the season on the final day of the inaugural Minnesota Diving Invite.
The Golden Gophers had three qualify in diving events during the last day of the Zone D diving meet at Missouri.
2017-18 Junior Season: Took twelfth place in the platform dive and earned All-American honorable mention at the NCAA Championships. • placed sixth in the 3-meter dive with a 308.95, twelfth in the 1-meter dive with a 242.65, and fifth in the platform dive with a 233.45 at the Triple Dual vs Northwestern and Purdue • finished with a score of 267.60 in the 1-meter dive for fourth place and a score of 314.18 in the 3-meter dive for second place against Denver • took sixteenth in the 1-meter prelims with a score of 247.85, sixteenth in the 3-meter dive prelims with a score of 266.85 and eleventh in the platform dive with a score of 217.40 at the Tennessee Collegiate Diving Invitational • took eleventh in the platform dive with a score of 217.40 at the Tennessee Collegiate Diving Invitational • fourth place in both the 1-meter dive with a 237.90 and in the 3-meter dive with a 251.20 against Michigan, Penn State, and Wisconsin at the Quad Dual • placed eighth with a score of 244.85 in the 1-meter dive and second in the 3-meter dive with a 307.55 against the University of Iowa • fifth place in the 1-meter dive with a score of 240.68 and fifth in the 3-meter dive with a score of 272.48 against Florida State.
2016-17 Sophomore Season: Academic All-Big Ten team • outstanding student-athlete award • finished in fourth place with a 280.43 in 3-meter diving vs. Iowa • improved to 244.58 and fourth place in 1-meter diving against North Dakota • finished third place in 2-meter diving with a 240.65 at the Jean Freeman Invitational • improved to 308.20 in 3-meter diving at the Minnesota Challenge • competed in 1-meter (246.30), 2-meter (224.10), and 3-meter (260.35) diving events at the 2017 Big Ten Championships.
2015-16 Freshman Season: First-year letterwinner • Finished 39th on 3-meter and 48th on 1-meter at the 2016 Big Ten Championships • Earned a top-five finish in 3-meter diving in Minnesota’s win at North Dakota • Made her collegiate debut vs. Florida where she scored a career best in 1-meter diving.
High School: 2015 graduate of Grand Rapids High School • coached by Matt Roponen and Jerry Casey • A-honor roll • five-time letterwinner in diving • five-time all-conference • two-time all-state • named Section 7a Diver of the Year for four straight years • lists most memorable sports thrill as winning the Section 7a Championships as a team from 2011-2014.
