Minnesota student-athletes well represented on Winter Academic All-Big Ten Teams
2012-13 •Junior Season: Finished sixth in the 200 free and ninth in the 100 free at Kansas (10/20)• placed fifth in the 200 free and seventh in the 100 free against Iowa State (10/12).
2011-12 • Sophomore Season: Placed 12th in the 100 fly at the Minnesota Challenge (58.67) • finished 21st in the 100 back (1:02.41) at the Challenge • had the fifth best time in the 200 free (1:54.70) and finished 12th in the 500 free(5:13.27) at the Hawaii Dual • placed fourth in the 200 free and sixth in the 500 free vs Iowa State •Academic All-Big Ten.
2010-11 • Freshman Season: swam a career best and NCAA `B' qualifying time in the 200 free (1:49.16) at the Minnesota Grand Prix• member of a 200 medley relay team that placed fourth at Minnesota Challenge with a time of 1:49.28 • finished seventh in 200 free at Wisconsin dual (10/29) • earned first varsity letter
High School: Graduate of Okemos High School (2010) • swam for high school under instruction of Patrick Saucedo • four time conference champion • member of National Honor Society • two time USA swimming scholastic All-American • Lansing State Journal Swimmer of the year • received Richard A. Edwards Swimmer of the meet award, named after her coach who passed away • All Conference, Area and State from 2006 to 2009 • All America in 2008 in the 200 and 500 free • holds the state record for the 500 free (4:58.35).
Personal: Born February 24th 1992 to Terry and Pamela Marsh • her father swam for the University of Toledo • has a younger brother, Adam • plays the piano • also lettered in polo • majoring in health and wellness.
