Saturday Preliminary Results

Minnesota qualified 14 swimmers to the finals Saturday night

2012-13 • Freshman Season: Placed fourth in the 200 fly and seventh in the 100 fly at Kansas (10/20)• finished fourth in the 200 fly against Iowa State (10/12) •competed in the 100 and 200 butterfly at Michigan (10/5).

High School: Was a member of the St. Charles Swim Club coached by Tim Lewarchick • was a Junior National qualifier in the 200 butterfly • named the Most Valuable Swimmer on her St. Charles North High School Team by head coach Robert Rooney.

Personal: Born October 7, 1993 to James and Karen Zima• has two younger sisters, Rachel and Julia • majoring in psychology • most memorable sports thrill was earning her first Jr. National her sophomore year at summer sectionals at the U of M • enjoys volunteering.
