2016-17 Sophomore Season: Tallied a 14th place finish with a 2:12.08 in the 200-yard breast at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • finished first place with a 2:19.17 in the 200-yard breast at the Minnesota Invitational • improved to 2:13.33 in the 200-yard breast at the AT&T Winter Nationals • finished in 19th place with a 1:01.39 in the 100-yard breast at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • improved to 2:05.58 in the 200-yard IM at the 2017 Big Ten Championships.  

2015-16 Freshman Season:
First-year letterwinner • At the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Marcus placed 13th in the 200 breast, 27th in the 100 breast and 75th in the 200 IM • Tallied 16 top-five finishes during the regular season • Made her collegiate debut at Florida State, highlighted by a silver finish in the 200 breast.
