2017-18 Junior Season: Took twenty-fourth place in the 400 IM (4:20.75) at the Big Ten Championships. • received seventh place in the 200 IM (2:07.33) at the Triple Dual vs. Northwestern and Purdue • finished fourth in the 100-yard back (59.53) and fifth in the 400 IM (4:32.20) vs. Denver • took second in the 400 IM (4:25.11) vs. Hawai'i and Drury • finished fourth in the 200-yard IM (2:04.11) and fifth in the 400-yard IM (4:23.65) at the Minnesota Invitational • fifth in the 100-yard back (58.15), eighth in the 100-yard fly (57.61) and first in the 200 IM (2:05.20) at the University of Iowa • seventh in the 100-yard back (59.05), eighth in 100-yard free (53.52), and third in the 200-yard IM (2:05.91) at Florida State.

2016-17 Sophomore Season: Academic All Big Ten team • named Most Improved by teammates • outstanding student-athlete award • earned sixth place in the 100-yard back with a 57.52 against Wisconsin • finished fifth in the 50-yard free with a 24.33 against North Dakota • finished in second place with a 51.69 during the 100-yard free at the Minnesota Invitational • earned three first place finishes at the Jean Freeman Invitational: 50-yard free (23.49), 100-yard free (50.40), 50-yard back (26.60) • finished 25th in the 100-yard free with a time of 50.55 at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • placed 47th in the 100-yard fly with a 55.31 at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • posted a 19th place finish in the 200-yard IM with a 2:00.07 at the 2017 Big Ten Championships.

2015-16 Freshman Season:
First-year letterwinner • at the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Bergeson placed 44th in the 200 IM, 46th in the 100 fly and 49th in the 100 back • notched eight top-three finishes during the dual season • made collegiate debut in the Gophers’ win at Florida State.
