Golden Gopher Soccer fans, do not miss the second Live Chat of the season, as Katie Bethke takes the reins on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 2:00 p.m.

The Live Chat will last 30 minutes and will happen right here at www.GopherSports.com. Fans can log on just before 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 17 and start sending in their questions, or if they would like to send questions in advance, they can be sent via email to Pat McCabe at mcca0512@umn.edu. 

The Eau Claire, Wis. native is currently leading the Golden Gophers in scoring with five goals and 10 points through seven matches. Bethke is having a career year as she has already tied her single season career record for goals, scored her first career game-winner, and notched her first career two-goal match. 

The junior has found the net in each of the Golden Gophers' wins this season, and she was recently she was the subject of a feature story at BigTen.org. Bethke and the Golden Gophers are 4-2-1 on the season and will host the Minnesota Gold Classic this weekend on Sept. 18 and Sept. 20.
