This A to Z Guide was created in order to assist patrons during their visit to University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic events. The information contained in this guide may be subject to change.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are not for sale at, nor may alcoholic beverages be brought into, any of the on-campus facilities.

Animals
Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired are welcomed with proper identification (official vest). However, all other animals are prohibited from the facilities.

ATM
There is no ATM at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium.

Bags, Backpacks, and Purses
Oversized bags and purses (nothing larger than 8 ½”x 11”) are prohibited from all Minnesota athletic facilities. All bags and purses are subject to inspection when entering, or at anytime while inside the stadium by the Event Staff or Security.

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are welcome inside any of the various facilities. However, to make sure they do not interfere from the enjoyment of the other patrons, fans should adhere to the following guidelines:

Banners and signs should be individually hand held and not be any larger than 24” x 36” (2’ x 3’). Banners and signs should not contain any advertising, derogatory or offensive language/logos, and should not contain any wood, metal material or other object for support. The University of Minnesota reserves the right to remove any banner and/or sign it sees fit to.

Camera Policy
Fans are welcome to bring any non-flash, still cameras into the facilities to take pictures of sporting events or of the facility itself. No large camera bags nothing larger than 8 ½”x 11”), tripods, lenses larger than 6”, and other photography equipment are allowed in the facilities, and camera use must not interfere with the other patrons viewing the game. Video cameras are strictly prohibited for non-media guests.

Club Rooms
The club room/press box is located on the second floor of the main concourse area. It offers comfortable seating while providing an excellent view overlooking the soccer field. The club room is not available during a Gopher Women’s Soccer game.

Code of Conduct
University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience by promoting good sportsmanship through its student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. Any offensive, obscene, racial, or sexist remarks or other threatening actions directed toward coaches, student-athletes, officials, fans, or team representatives will not be tolerated and can be grounds for immediate removal from the facility, as well as further disciplinary action. Patrons appearing intoxicated will be denied entry to the event, and those engaging in fighting or throwing of objects will be ejected from the facility. Patrons who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of season tickets and may be in violation of city ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Concessions
There is one concession stand located behind the main concourse area of the stadium, operated by Aramark. A wide selection of food is available – ranging from hot dogs and nachos to pretzels, and much more.

Directions
From Interstate 94 (Westbound or Eastbound): Take the Highway 280 exit and follow that until you reach the Larpenteur Avenue exit. Take a right on Larpenteur and follow that until Cleveland Avenue. Turn left on Cleveland Avenue. The stadium is on the left, just to the north of Gibbs Farm.
From Interstate 35W (Northbound or Southbound): Take the Highway 36 exit to Cleveland Avenue. Go south on Cleveland past Roselawn Avenue, and the stadium will be on the right.

Disabled Accessibility
Disabled access for ADA patrons to the bleacher section can be found on the south side of the bleachers, where a wheelchair ramp has been provided. In addition, to accommodate our guests reserved parking will be made available for ADA patrons in the Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium parking lot.

Elevators/Escalators
There is one elevator with limited access inside the facility that leads up to the club room/press box. In order to access this elevator proper credentials are required.

Entrance Locations
There is only one entrance into the stadium. The main entrance gate is located on the southeast corner of the facility, next to the ticket kiosk and scoreboard.

Entry and Re-Entry
Once you are admitted into any of the home facilities for the University of Minnesota there is no re-admittance if you decide to leave. You must purchase another ticket to re-enter the event.

First Aid Stations
There is no First Aid station located at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium. However, EMTs are on location in case a situation occurs.

Food and Beverages
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages to any University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic facilities.

Golden Gopher Booster Clubs
Today there are many booster clubs providing support to the University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics Department and its student athletes to help maintain a tradition of excellence both in the classroom and in the sport arena. In fact, there are a total of twenty different booster clubs helping to support the many sports that are a part of intercollegiate athletics. Goldy’s Kids Club
For only $25, children in 8th grade and under can join the Goldy’s Kids Club. By joining, kids can receive: free general admission to all regular season baseball, volleyball, softball, soccer, wrestling, men’s and women’s gymnastics, men’s and women’s track and field, and women’s hockey home events; discounted tickets to select football, men’s and women’s basketball, and men’s hockey home events; a free Applebee’s kids meal; membership card; Goldy’s Kids Club t-shirt, lanyard, and newsletter; a wristband; Goldy poster; birthday card from Goldy Gopher; events to meet the coaches and student-athletes; special Goldy’s Gang activities throughout the year; and a special renewal gift each year. Children who want to join can either download an application online or contact Minnesota Athletics Promotions at (612) 625-4879.

Group Tickets
Group tickets are available for certain University of Minnesota athletic events. To take advantage of group ticket sales group size must be at 15 people or more. Hotels/Motels
When visiting the Twin Cities, stay at one of the Golden Gophers' Preferred Hotels.

Lost and Found
Lost and found is located in the ticket office. However, after the conclusion of the game, lost and found items may be retrieved by contacting the athletic facilities office at 612-624-2868. Items may be turned into the ticket office or any Event Staff member.

Parking
If you are on a parking list, parking will be available in the stadium parking lot adjacent to the general public entrance gate. Otherwise, parking will be available to the general public on a “first come first serve” basis in a number of areas. These areas include: Gibbs Farm Lot, located on Cleveland Avenue adjacent to the stadium parking lot; University of Minnesota driving range lot, located on Larpenteur Avenue just southwest of Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium; and the co-op parking lot, located on Larpenteur Avenue just east of the stadium. If you park in either the driving range lot or the co-op lot you will have access to a shuttle bus that will take you to and from Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium.

Publications
Game Day Programs and Media Guides for all home University of Minnesota athletic events may be purchased for that specific sport when entering any of the facilities. Prices may vary.

Public Transportation
Public transportation is available through the Campus Connector and Metro Transit bus line. Times of transportation are subject to change, please visit the websites listed below for up to date information. Prohibited Items / Restrictions
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment the University of Minnesota reserves the right to prevent certain items from entering or being used at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium. These include, but are not limited to: weapons or anything that can be used as a dangerous item, sticks, or flagpoles; outside food or drink; larger bags, backpacks, and over-sized purses (nothing larger than 8 ½”x 11”); banners and signs larger than 24” x 36”; signs or clothing with inappropriate or offensive language; camcorders; cameras with lenses larger than six inches; noisemakers; “wheelie shoes”; pets; tobacco; umbrellas* and laser pointers. At the same time, other items that may risk the safety or viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited.

Restrooms
There is one men’s restroom and one women’s restroom located in the main concourse area of the stadium. The men’s restroom is located on the south side of the concourse area, while the women’s restroom is located on the north side. There is also an additional restroom with limited access, for both men and women, located inside the club room/press box on the south side.

Season Tickets
Season tickets are available for all home University of Minnesota athletic events. Smoking Policy
There is no smoking inside any University of Minnesota athletic facilities. If you happen to leave the facility to smoke and then choose to re-enter you will not be admitted and must purchase another ticket.

Ticket Information

Advance Ticket Sales
To purchase tickets in advance contact the Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-UGOPHER or (612) 624-8080 or by way of e-mail at go4tix@umn.edu.

Change of Address
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office of any changes of address. Patrons can submit changes either through an online form or by contacting the ticket office at 1-800-UGOPHER or (612) 624-8080 or by way of e-mail at go4tix@umn.edu.

Child Admittance
Any child that is under the age of two years will be admitted to any University of Minnesota athletic event for free. Anyone two years of age or older will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. Any questions regarding this can be answered by contacting the Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-UGOPHER or (612) 624-8080 or by way of e-mail at go4tix@umn.edu.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets that are either lost or stolen will not be refunded but can be replaced for full price plus a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00 for all replacement tickets issued. Any questions regarding this should be directed to the Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-UGOPHER or (612) 624-8080 or by way of e-mail at go4tix@umn.edu.

Payment Options
Payment options for all University of Minnesota athletic events include cash, check, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted). However, American Express is not accepted when purchasing tickets over the phone.

Seating Charts
A seating chart is not available for Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium. All tickets are general admission and patrons may sit in any area of the main bleacher seating. This does not include the deck seating adjacent to the club room / press box.

Ticket Office Business Hours
The Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday 8 AM – 6 PM. Day of event hours are subject to change depending upon the start time of the event.

Umbrellas
Guests may bring umbrellas inside Minnesota athletic facilities ONLY if they are small enough to fit into a regulation sized purse or bag. Any umbrella larger than this will NOT be allowed into any Minnesota athletic facility. For example, NO golf umbrellas will be permitted inside the facility. If a fan brings an unusually large umbrella to the facility they will be asked to return the umbrella to their vehicle.

At NO TIME, may any sized umbrella be used inside the stadium in the seating area.

Will Call
Will Call is available for all events per request of the ticket purchaser. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID.
