The University of Minnesota rowing team will conclude its fall season Sunday when it takes part in the Head of the Iowa at City Park in Iowa City. Races will run from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. CT.
The varsity 8+ boats will be the first in the water for the Gophers at 10:00 a.m., followed by the varsity 4+ at 12:30 p.m. and the novice 8+ will conclude the event for Minnesota at 1:30 p.m. Live results will be available at the Head of the Iowa and can be accessed at http://livestats.hawkeyesports.com/.
Another addition that was made to the Head of the Iowa last year was the Scott Family Video Board, which allows fans in City Park to see more action down the river as well as replays from the event.

World Rowing U-23 Championships begin Wednesday
Anna Cruse and Team USA will compete at next week's 2017 World Rowing Under-23 Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria as entries were finalized this week.
