The Gophers' Big Ten opener at Iowa was cancelled Saturday morning.

April 13, 2013

The University of Minnesota rowing team's Big Ten opener at Iowa has been cancelled due to unsafe race conditions, as the waters on Lake Macbride have developed into 18" whitecaps. There are no plans at this time to make up the event.

The Gophers will be back in action next weekend when they take part in the Clemson Challenge in Clemson, S.C., April 20-21.
