Frost Travels on Gopher Road Trip
June 9, 2017

MINNEAPOLIS -- University of Minnesota women's hockey head coach Brad Frost took part in the second leg of the 2017 Gopher Road Trip earlier this week. The Gold Trip included stops in Spicer, Perham, Park Rapids, Bagley, Coleraine, Hibbing, and Sartell, Minn.

Frost joined Gopher men's golf coach John Carlson for a KFAN interview with Justin Gaard and Mike Grimm during the road trip, taking time out of the bus ride on Highway 2 in northern Minnesota to chat. Listen to the complete interview.

Highlights of the Gold Trip included visiting Carlson's childhood home and hometown of Bagley, Minn., along with visiting with Gopher baseball coach John Anderson's mother in Hibbing, Minn., exploring the headwaters of the Mississippi River, and meeting and engaging with passionate Gopher fans all over the state.

Watch the recap videos of each day on the road trip along with reliving the trip through social media posts. Big thanks to all the Gophers who attended and made the trip possible!
