Highlights of Second Simulation Meet
Meg Stephenson

Dec. 10, 2012

Minnesota held its final Simulation Meet on Monday afternoon at Peik Gym, and head coach Meg Stephenson came away very satisfied with her team's last performance before it focuses on final exams and departs for Winter Break.

The 23rd-ranked Gophers have two more practices before final exams begin this Friday. Beginning Thursday, the gym will be open for volunteer practices for a week, depending on each athlete's exam schedule. Minnesota will then have a week off before it returns for a full practice on Friday, Dec. 28.

Minnesota's first competition at the Sports Pavilion will be its Intrasquad Meet on Jan. 5, at 6:00 p.m. The Gophers then open their 2013 regular season with a home meet against No. 17 Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12.
