The Minnesota women’s gymnastics team will hold its 2014 Jr. Gopher Camp Sat., Jan. 4 at the Peik Gymnasium. The camp, hosted by Golden Gopher women’s gymnastics coaches and alumni for kids between the ages of six and 12, commences at 8:30 a.m.
Following check-in, the day will kick off with a warm up and stretch followed by four 30-minute rotations and an hour-long lunch and coach and player Q&A period.
After lunch, campers will go through two more rotations before being walked by the coaches to the Sports Pavilion where there will be a practice rehearsal, a lesson about official scoring, and a pizza party preceding the Gophers’ intrasquad meet.
After the meet, there will be an autograph and photo session with the team.

Women's Gym Announces Staff Update
The Gophers promoted Rich Stenger, brought on MaryAnne Kelley Elzen and added Bailey Abernathy to the staff.
