Gopher Sports Marketing has released its 2013 promotions schedule for Minnesota women's gymnastics, and there are multiple options available for fans of the Gophers to receive special ticket rates and giveaways.
The 23rd-ranked Golden Gophers open their regular season this Saturday, Jan. 12, with a 6:00 p.m. home meet against No. 17 Washington at the Sports Pavilion. Saturday is Kayla Slechta Community Night, and fans can receive a $4 general admission ticket by using the code "KaylaShakopee" when ordering online or over the phone. The special rate is only available for advance sales, and will not be applicable on Saturday.

Freshman Spotlight: Ona Loper
Loper is a four-time Junior Olympic qualifier. At the 2017 Junior Olympic Championships she won the national championship on floor and finished fifth place in the all-around.
