2012 Season:
Served as the 2012 Team Captain • was a balance beam and floor exercise specialist • notched a career-high floor routine of 9.800 against Michigan (1/21) • tallied a personal-best beam score of 9.775 at Best of Minnesota (2/11) • scored a 9.700 or better in all meets but one • received her fourth letter.
2011 Season:
Did not see action during the 2011 season.
2010 Season:
Competed on beam and floor in the first half of the season • Was inserted into the beam lineup in place of Kristin Furukawa at the NCAA Regional • Earned her best beam score, a 9.725 at Iowa • Had her best floor performance against Michigan State, earning a 9.725 • Has been an exhibition performer on beam and floor when not in the competition line up • A letterwinner • Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2009 Season:
Did not compete in 2009 • Was an exhibition performer on floor in the season opener • was a regular exhibition performer on beam.
High School/Club:
Trained under coaches James and J.J. Bayer at the Red River Valley Gymnastics Club • In 2008, she just missed qualifying for the J.O. National Championship, and was the first alternate for the national meet • Qualified for the 2007 J.O. Level 10 National Championship • Finished in third place in the all around at the North Dakota State Championship in both 2007 and 2008 • Was the North Dakota High School state champion on beam and in the all around in 2006 • Her high school team won three state titles during her tenure.
Personal:
A 2008 graduate of Red River High School in Grand Forks, N.D., where she was at the top of her class • Had a perfect 4.0 grade point average in high school, was a National Honor Society Member, was the Renaissance Committee Vice President, was a Rotary Student of the Month, and earned the Renaissance Personal Best Award • Daughter of Mike and Kathy Jones.
