toThe University of Minnesota women's golf team is in 10th place after two rounds of the Boilermaker Invitational in West Lafayette, Ind. The Golden Gophers shot rounds of 319-327=646 (+70) and trail tournament leader Indiana by 50 shots.

Individually, the Gophers were led by junior Terra Petsinger. Petsinger is tied for 19th after firing rounds of 77-78=155 (+11). Sophomore Jessica Thomas carded the Gophers best round of the day with a 75 in her first round, she is tied for 36th at 161 (+17). Freshman Sophie Stubbs is tied for 39th at 162 (+18). Sophomore Sarah Butler is 57th at 168 (+24) and senior Katie Jacobson is 67th at 177 (+33).

The third round is tomorrow at the Kampen Course at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex.
