The Gophers have had unique experiences off the golf course, just under a month into the season.

Four-year letterwinner for the Hornets • Was a member of the Lake Conference championship teams all four seasons and won the Minnesota state title her final three years ...  Averaged 71.6 strokes per round her senior season where she placed third at the state championship • Placed fourth at state her sophomore and junior year • Was a high school teammate of fellow current Gopher Christine Portillo • Honor roll and scholar-athlete award winner.

Parents are Andrea and Mark Kellar • Has one younger sister, Meagan • Mother played golf at Miami and father played football at Northern Illinois and three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings • Says her most memorable sports thrill is winning the team state championship three years in a row • Enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and at the lake, and dogs • Plans to major in neuroscience.
