The Minnesota women's golf team posted its best 18-hole team score of the season en route to a 12th-place finish at the Central District Invitational in Parrish, Fla. The Golden Gophers' third-round score of 294 (+6) was the second-lowest score of all teams today.

Through 36 holes at the Central District Invitational in Parrish, Fla., the Golden Gophers are in 13th place. Minnesota posted a score of 311 in each of its two rounds today. Banchalee Theinthong leads the Gophers with a two-round score of 153 (+9).

The Golden Gophers finished 18th at the UCF Challenge in Sorrento, Fla. In its first tournament of the spring season, Minnesota's three-round team score was 929 (+65).

Through two rounds of the UCF Challenge in Sorrento, Fla., Minnesota is tied for 17th place. The Golden Gophers improved their score from the first round by eight shots to 302, bringing their two-day score to 612. They are tied with Georgia State.
