The Pam Borton Radio Show can be heard Monday night at 7:30 p.m. from the Stadium Village Applebee's on the campus of the University of Minnesota. Hosted by the Golden Gopher women's basketball radio team of Corbu Stathes and Lynnette Sjoquist, the show can be heard live on 1500 ESPN.
Fans are encouraged to join Borton, Stathes and Sjoquist at Applebee's to catch the show live, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a great atmosphere with their fellow Gopher faithful.
On tonight's show, the trio will take a look back at the Gophers' ACC/Big Ten Challenge showdown vs. Virginia and their road contest at No. 20/20 Kansas, while also looking ahead to their three home games this week vs. Denver, UMKC and Robert Morris.
Junior Kionna Kellogg will be the player guest on tonight's show. The forward from Ames, Iowa, is averaging 7.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game for Minnesota this season, while also ranking third on the team in blocks. Kellogg posted her first double-double of the season, and the third of her career, vs. James Madison at the Cancun Challenge, scoring a career-high 20 points to go along with 12 rebounds.
Game Preview: Illinois
The Gophers and Illini will meet at Williams Arena on Wednesday night. Minnesota has beaten Illinois twice in a row.
Wagner on B1G Honor Roll
The guard turned in one of the Gophers' highest-scoring games of the past 15 years.
