Women's Hoops Announces 2014-15 Schedule
The Gophers and the B1G Conference today announced their schedule for the 2014-15 season.

The University of Minnesota women's basketball program, in conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, today announced its schedule for the 2014-15 season, which includes nine league contests at Williams Arena. Game times and television rights will be released at a later date.

For the second-straight season, the Golden Gophers will open their Big Ten schedule at home, facing Nebraska on Dec. 29, before hitting the road for back-to-back games at Purdue and Wisconsin on Jan. 1 and Jan. 4, respectively.

On Jan. 11, Maryland will make its Big Ten debut at the Barn, while Indiana (Jan. 18), Purdue (Jan. 22), Penn State (Jan. 28), Michigan State (Feb. 8), Wisconsin (Feb. 11), Iowa (Feb. 17) and Michigan (Feb. 21) will also battle the Gophers at Williams Arena during the year.

Minnesota will travel to Ohio State on Jan. 15 and will take on Rutgers in Big Ten action for the first time on the road Jan. 25. The Gophers will also pay visits to Northwestern (Feb. 1), Illinois (Feb. 5), Penn State (Feb. 15), Nebraska (Feb. 24) and Iowa (March 1), before participating in the Big Ten Tournament in Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill., March 4-8.
