The Pam Borton Radio Show can be heard Monday night at 7:30 p.m. from the Stadium Village Applebee's on the campus of the University of Minnesota. Hosted by the Golden Gopher women's basketball radio team of Corbu Stathes and Lynnette Sjoquist, the show can be heard live on 1500 ESPN.
Fans are encouraged to join Borton, Stathes and Sjoquist at Applebee's to catch the show live, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a great atmosphere with their fellow Gopher faithful.
On tonight's show, the trio will look back at the Gophers' victory over Ohio State in their Big Ten home-opener last week, and will also look ahead to Minnesota's upcoming contests at No. 12 Purdue on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and vs. Nebraska at home on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
Senior Leah Cotton will be the player guest on tonight's show. The guard from Kansas City, Kan., is averaging 4.3 points and 1.8 rebounds per game for the Gophers this season. She holds a .749 career free throw percentage heading into this week's action, a mark that ranks sixth on Minnesota's career record chart.
