The Pam Borton Radio Show can be heard Monday night at 7:30 p.m. from the Stadium Village Applebee's on the campus of the University of Minnesota. Hosted by the Golden Gopher women's basketball radio team of Corbu Stathes and Lynnette Sjoquist, the show can be heard live on 1500 ESPN.
Fans are encouraged to join Borton, Stathes and Sjoquist at Applebee's to catch the show live, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a great atmosphere with their fellow Gopher faithful.
On tonight's show, the trio will take a look back at the Gophers' Big Ten opener vs. Michigan State, and will also look ahead to Minnesota's league contests at Iowa Wednesday and vs. Northwestern Sunday.
Senior Micaëlla Riché will be the player guest on tonight's show. The forward is averaging 7.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game this season and is just one rebound shy of reaching the 500 career-rebound milestone. A team captain for the second-straight season, Riché currently ranks eighth in the Big Ten with a .527 field goal percentage.
