Passwords have been assigned to coaches who ran in a meet that Jack scored last year. Entries (rosters) are due to Jack on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Coaches, please use this link for help downloading your TFRRS file. There will be a $100.00 late fee for entries (roster) received after Sept. 18. | Course Inspection | Friday, September 27 - 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Course will be marked with painted lines and directional signage. Large course maps will be posted at awards stand. | ||||

Pick up packets from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 27 or 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 28, at the clubhouse. Please bring correct change. |

| Chip Timing |
Will be used again for all races. Lynx back-up will be used. Wear bib numbers on front. Each coach is responsible for ALL the chips that are assigned to their team. They should be returned to the chip tent (west of the finish corral). Your school will be charged for any unreturned chips. |

| Scoring |
Women's and Men's Competition (new this year for men): Unlimited Entries - Seven (7) will be scored. NCAA rules will apply. Unattached runners will run in the Division II Maroon Races for both women and men. Teams may run up a Division. If your school gives any Athletic Aid, you must run in Division II or Division I races. |

| Meet Results | Unofficial results will be posted on the Awards Stand board, available as soon as they are tallied and recorded. Official results will be produced and available in Driving Range Building. You will also be able to obtain official results at www.gophersports.com. | ||||

| Dressing Facilities | Please use your hotel rooms to dress. Shower facilities will be provided at Mariucci Arena on the Minneapolis Campus. Please bring your own towels. No towels will be available. | ||||
| Team Parking | Team vans: Gibbs Farm Lot and Robbie Soccer Stadium. Busses: Lot 55 on St. Paul Campus. | ||||
| Spectator Parking | S101 (on the corner of Cleveland and Commonwealth) and the Gortner Ave Ramp. Shuttles will transport to the golf course. Park at your own risk on city streets. | ||||

Display clocks at mile and 3K for the Women's and High School races. Display clocks at mile, 3K and 5K for the Men's races. |
