In the Mondo Men's National Poll, Minnesota was ranked 20th with 100 points. Colorado garnered the top spot with 13 first-place votes. Other Big Ten teams listed were Wisconsin at No. 6, along with 16th-ranked Indiana and 19th-ranked Michigan. Ohio State, Michigan State, Penn State, and Iowa also received votes.
