| Entry Procedure | Go to http://raceberryjam/hscconlineentry.php3. This link should be used to enter your roster online. Coaches will need to get a password. Please allow a day or so to get the password. Passwords have been assigned to teams who ran in a meet that Jack scored last year. Entries (rosters) are due to Jack on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. There will be a $50.00 late fee for those entries (roster) received after that date. This is a HUGE meet, so we need to have time to assign chips and stuff packets. REMEMBER you can update your entries on race day. |

| Course Inspection | Friday, September 23 - 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Course will be marked with painted lines and directional signage. Large course maps will be posted at awards stand. |

| Packets | Pick up packets from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 23 or 11:00 - 2:30 p.m., Saturday, September 24, at the large white tent north of the main clubhouse. Please bring correct change. |

| Chip Timing | Will again be used for all races this year. Lynx back-up will be used. Wear bib numbers on front. Each coach is responsible for ALL the chips that are assigned to their team. They should be returned to the chip tent (west of the finish corral). Your school will be charged for any unreturned chips. |

| Clocks | Display clocks at mile and 3K for the Women's and High School races. |
| | |
| Trainers/Doctors | Trainers will be at the course on the day of the race. Doctors will be on call. EMT on site. |

| Course Description | Rolling hills and grassy terrain the entire course. |
| | |
| Meet Results | Unofficial results will be posted on the Awards Stand board, available as soon as they are tallied and recorded. Official results will be produced and available in Driving Range Building. You will also be able to obtain official results at www.gophersports.com. |
