2011 Sophomore Season: Competed in six meets raced in his first NCAA Championship meet, finishing fifth among the Gophers and their 16th-place team showing aided the Gophers' fourth-place showing as Minnesota's fifth-best Midwest Regional Cross Country Championships competitor, running a time of 32:29.59 ran Minnesota's sixth-best time of 24:53 to help the Gophers take third at the Big Ten Championships clocked 26:20.3 at the Roy Griak Invitational, tenth best for the Gophers placed eighth overall and sixth on the team running 19:42 at the Hornet Jamboree 4-mile
2010 Redshirt Freshman Season: Raced at the BYU Autumn 4K Race taking 27th overall with a time of 21:39.0 came in at 19:39.33 (14th overall) in the Oz Memorial finished 124th at the Roy Griak Invite, with a time of 26:18.1 for the Gophers crossed the line in seventh place with a time of 24:53.5 at the Jim Drews Invite.
2009 Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2009 Cross Country season
