2012-13 REDSHIRT JUNIOR:
Finished season with 18-13 overall record Had a 3-7 dual record and 2-4 Big Ten record Shared the "Chris Berglin "Most Improved" award with Cody Yohn Earned Academic All- Big Ten honors Defeated Joseph Napolia of Lehigh and Kyle Bradley of Missouri Defeated No. 12 David Bonin of Iowa in a 3-1 decision Took first place at the Finn Grinnaker Open (11/17/12) Finished in fifth place overall at the Southern Scuffle Defeated Matt Nora of Illinois to help the Gophers defeat the No. 5 ranked Illini (1/21/13) Had a close loss against No. 12 Taylor Walsh of Indiana in a 8-7 decision (1/13/13) Had a close loss against No. 1 Derek St. John of Iowa in a 6-2 decision to help the Gophers stay competitive against the No. 4 ranked Hawkeyes (1/26/13) Won four matches by major decision and one by technical fall.
