2010-11 REDSHIRT JUNIOR:
Finished the year 3-9 overall with a record of 0-7 in dual matches Was 0-4 in Big Ten matches and had one technical fall on the season Defeated Caleb Lanou, 9-2, at the Bison Open in his only match at the tournament Took down Edinboro's Jeffrey Brigham, 4-2, at the Southern Scuffle Earned his third letter.
2009-10 REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE:
Posted a 6-10 mark on the season, going 6-10 at 157 and 0-1 at 165 Went 2-7 in dual meets and 0-2 in Big Ten duals Only match at 165 was a 2-17 tech fall to No. 5 Ryan Morningstar of Iowa on 1/10 at the National Duals Tallied one fall on the season, pinning Travis Puckett of Appalachian State in 1:51 on 12/29 Started the first 10 dual meets of the season Went 0-4 against ranked opponents Lost 4-6 in sudden victory to Dave Johnson of Michigan on 1/23 Lost 1-3 to Anthony Jones Jr. of Michigan State on 1/22 Went 1-3 at the National Duals with his lone win coming by 3-2 decision over Donnie Corby of Central Michigan Went 4-2 at the Southern Scuffle but did not place, winning four straight between his two losses Lost 6-8 to Justin Gaethje of Northern Colorado on 12/13 Dropped a 9-24 tech fall to No. 1 Jordan Burroughs of Nebraska on 12/10 Lost 0-7 to No. 7 Neil Erisman of Oklahoma State on 12/4 Opened season with an 8-7 win over Andrew Balch of Cal State Bakersfield on 11/28 Earned second letter.

Tallied a 7-20 overall mark on the season Went 3-18 at 149 and 4-2 at 157 Was in the starting line-up at the Big Ten tournament, but fell in the first two rounds All dual meet action came at 149 where he appeared in 16 of 23 matches, posting a 1-15 mark Went 1-7 in Big Ten matches Earned one fall on the season Collected one fall each at 149 and 157 Tallied two major decisions at 157 Went 4-2 at the Bison Open on Nov. 15 to open the season, losing the eventual third and fourth place finishers Won one match by fall and two by major decision Won an 8-3 decision against Penn State on Jan. 30 to aid Minnesota's 20-19 win Earned first letter.
