Letterwinner • Academic All-Big Ten • Competed in four open tournaments while also appearing in three duals early in the season, replacing Scott Schiller who was out with injury • Made his career dual debut in season-opening meet at Air Force, dropping a major decision to Jack Carda • Finished the season with back-to-back third-place finishes in tournaments • Began third-place run at Wisconsin Open with consecutive pins of Justin Benero (Harper College) and teammate Faris Karaborni • Also eanred a major decision during the Wisconsin Open, defeating Taylor Hilderbrandt (Wisconsin-Whitewater), 11-2, in the consolation semifinals • Began North Country Open with a first-period pin against Alex Kubicek (Rochester Community & Technical College) en route to a third-place finish
