The No. 7 Minnesota men's indoor track & field team returns to action this weekend at the 38th annual Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in Lincoln, Neb. The nationally ranked Gophers will send a contingency of throwers to the Friday-Saturday meet, held at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. 

Nebraska hosts this weekend's meet with several other nationally ranked teams competing including defending men's indoor and outdoor NCAA champion and current No. 2 Florida, No. 14 Wisconsin, No. 18 Kansas State and No. 21 Oklahoma State. In all, 24 Division I men's and women's programs will compete at this year's meet. 

Minnesota will open the meet with the weight throw on Friday at approxiamately 5 p.m. with four Gophers (Micah Hegerle, Justin Barber, Quentin Mege and Jon Lehman) set to compete in the event. 

Saturday's shot put event will also see four Minnesota throwers (Logan Hussung, Luke Johnson, Mark Jennings and Emmanuel Onyia) in competition. The shot put is scheduled for approximately 12 p.m.
