No. 19 Minnesota Claims Nine Titles at Hamline Invitational

The Gophers claimed nine individual titles at the Hamline Invitational and placed multiple competitors in the 800-meter run, the 1,500-meter run, the high jump, the pole vault and the discus throw.

2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in a total of six events for the indoor season • finished 15th in the pole vault at the Big Ten Championships with a height of 15-11 3/4 (4.87m) • won at the Northwest Open (15-9 1/4) • also won at the Bethel Invite with a height of (16-0 3/4) • finished tied for third at the Jack Johnson Classic (16-4 3/4, 5.00m). Outdoor: Competed in a total of five events for the outdoor season • placed eighth in the pole vault at the Big Ten Championships with a vault of 16-7 1/4 (5.06m) • placed second in the pole vault at the Tom Cat Twilight, the Drake Alternate, and the Bolstorff Twilight • placed third at the Golden Bear Twilight • Academic All-Big Ten.

Cuesta Junior College: cleared 16-5 in the pole vault.

High School - A 2009 graduate Crystal Lake Central High School• high school coaches were Brian Seaver and Bill Eschman • finished second at the state championships in the pole vault • two-time Fox Valley Conference Champion • two-time Sectional Champion • two-time Illinois State Qualifier • Class AA State Runner-Up in 2009 • Team MVP • lettered in football, lacrosse and track/field.
