2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in a total of three events for the indoor season • finished third in the mile run at the Northwest Open with a time of 4:21.05 • placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic with a time of 8:33.98. Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Tom Cat Twilight with a time of 15:11.54 • competed in the 1,500m at the Bolstorff Twilight (4:02.07).

2011 Season - Indoor:ran at the Minnesota Open in the mile and placed fifth (4:20.20) • competed at the Jack Johnson Classic in the 3,000 meters and finished second (8:37.82) • competed at the Snowshoe in the 3,000 meters and placed third (8:40.68)Outdoor:ran at the TomCat open in the 5,000 meters and placed sixth (15:06.64)• competed in the St. Thomas Quad in the 5,000 meters and placed fifth (15:04.14).

2010 Season - Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Cross Country -
Redshirted the 2009 season.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Jefferson High School • high school coaches were Mark Nelsen and Jerry Amundson • a two-time all-state runner in cross country • placed fifth in the Minnesota Class AA Championship as a senior, seventh as a junior • finished 33rd in the Foot Locker Midwest Region Championship • earned all-state honors as a senior in the 1,600 meters • competed at state meet three times in the 3,200 meters • lettered four times in cross country and track • also earned three letters in Nordic skiing.

Personal: Born Nov. 22, 1990 • intends to major in kinesiology • parents are Brett and Barbara Paradis • has an older sister Megan • enjoys waterskiing.
