A native of Appleton, Wis., Rink covered the 6,500-meter course at South County Regional Park in 19:30.09 to finish eighth overall and fourth among U.S. competitors.
A native of Appleton, Wis., Rink finished ninth (27:00.0) in the men’s junior eight-kilometer race at the USATF Cross Country Championships last month to qualify for a spot on the U.S. squad for the NACAC Cross Country Championships.
