2016 | REDSHIRT JUNIOR SEASON
Indoor:
Won the 600 meters at the Border Battle Duel with Wisconsin with a time of 1:18.89. Outdoor: Led the Golden Gophers to the 4x800 meter relay title at the Drake Relays, with a time of 7:23.54.

2015 | REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON

Indoor:
Season highlights include victories at the Northwest Open (setting a new meet record in the 600 meter), the Wisconsin Duel, the Snowshoe Open, and the B1G Indoor Championships (setting a best in the nation time in the 600 meter). Outdoor: Competed at the Baldy Castillo Invitational, the Stanford Invitational, the Texas Invitational, the Tom Cat Twilight (winning the 800 meter), and the Musco Twilight.

Indoor:
At the 2014 Northwest Open finished 3rd in the 400 meters with a time of 50.34 seconds. Placed 8th in the 600 meters with a time of 1:21.18 at the 2014 Jack Johnson Classic  at the 2014 Bill Bergan Invitational placed 23rd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.08 seconds  at the same meet finished 9th in the 600 yards with a time of 1:12.25 • at the 2014 Iowa State Classic finished 5th in the 600 yards with a time of 1:11.49 • placed 4th in the 600 meters with a time of 1:21.58 at the 2014 Snowshoe Open • at the 2014 Big Ten Championships finished 15th in the 600 meters with a time of 1:18.89. Outdoor: Placed 7th in the 400 meters with a time of 48.82 seconds at the Baldy Castillo Invitational • finished 12th in the 400 meters at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 48.27 seconds • won the 800 meters at the 2014 Carleton Relays with a time of 1:52.80 • at the Tom Cat Twilight placed third in the 400 meters with a time of 48.82 seconds • finished 15th in the 400 meters at the Musco Twilight with a time of 48.65 seconds • placed third in the UW La Crosse Eagle Open in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.00 • competed in the 400 meters at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 48.74 seconds.
