2012 Season - Indoor: Finished seventh (13:51.98) in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Championships, earning All-America honors • finished second in the 3,000m at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 8:01.76 • also finished second in the 5,000m with a time of 13:43.13 • set the school record in the 5,000m, winning at the Husky Classic with a time of 13:33.42 • won the 3,000m at the Jack Johnson Classic (8:03.84) • ran a 4:07.35 mile at the Bill Bergan Invite, finishing fourth. Outdoor: An All-American, finishing fourth in the 5,000 meters (13:42.53) • finished second in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 13:51.02 • ran a time of 28:12.74 in the 10,000 meters at the Payton Jordan Invite, setting the all-time school record • won the 1,500 meters at the Hamline Invite (3:52.47) • Academic All-Big Ten.

2011 Season - Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Snowshoe Open and took second overall with a time of 8:05.33. Outdoor: Big Ten Champion in the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:04.79 • finished third at the Big Ten championships in the 5,000 meters (14:03.21) • took eighth at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 14.45.68 in the 5,000 meters • ran the first leg of the third place 4x1,600-meter relay (16:40.29) at the Drake Relays • also ran the fourth leg in the distance medley relay (9:38.09) at the Drake Relays that took first • letterwinner.

2010 Season
Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons due to an achilles tendon injury.

2009 Season
Indoor: All-America • finished fourth in the NCAA 3,000 meters with a school-record time of 7:56.15 • qualified in the 5,000 meters as well but chose to compete at the shorter distance • Big Ten champion in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters • won the 3,000 meters in 8:02.61) then captured the 5,000 meters the next day in a school record time of 13:58.16 • set the Gopher record in the 3,000 meters for the first time (7:56.60) at the Washington Husky Classic. Outdoor:NCAA All-American • placed sixth at the NCAA Championships in the 5,000 meters (14:09.87) for the second straight season • NCAA Midwest Region champion in the 5,000 meters (14:02.25) • Big Ten Track Athlete of the Year and Big Ten Track Athlete of the Championships • won Conference titles in the 5,000 meters (14:20.75) and the 10,000 meters (30:03.21) • set Gopher record in 5,000m (13:28.45) at Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational • led off Gophers' Drake Relay champion 4x1,600m relay (16:29.74) • earned second varsity letter.

2008 Season
Indoor: All-Big Ten Second Team • Conference runner-up in the 5,000 meters (14:26.63) • added a third-place finish in the 3,000 meters (8:11.73) • clocked a season best of 8:01.08, the second-fastest in school history, at the Husky Classic. Outdoor:Captured first track NCAA All-America honor in the 5,000 meters • placed sixth in a school-record time of 13:44.30 • Big Ten champion in the 5,000 meters (14:16.38) • ran an Olympic Trials "B" Standard and the third-fastest time in school history in the 5,000 meters (13:49.35) at the Stanford Peyton Jordan Cardinal Invitational • varsity letterwinner.

Cross Country
One of two (Chris Rombough) three-time All-Americans in Gopher history • earned honors in 2007, 2008 and 2009 • 2008 and 2009 NCAA Midwest Region and Big Ten champion • 2008 and 2009 NCAA Midwest Region Runner of the Year • 2007 Big Ten Freshman of the Year • Fred O. Watson Award, as the team's MVP in 2007 (co), 2008 (co) and 2009 • three-time varsity letterwinner • redshirted the 2010 season.
