Gophers Set for Big Ten Championships in Ohio

The No. 15 Golden Gopher men's indoor track and field team will travel to Geneva, Ohio, for the Big Ten Indoor Championships this Friday and Saturday.

Career Highlights - An NCAA Preliminary Round qualifier in the 100 meters and 4x100-meter relay • tied for third on Gopher top-10 list in 60-meter dash (6.81).

2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in a total of eight events for the indoor season • ran a time of 6.92 in the 60 meters at the Big Ten Championships • finished second in the 60 meters at the Snowshoe Open with a time of 6.85 • placed third in the 200 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic (22.68) • also competed in the 200 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational (22.26). Outdoor: NCAA West Preliminary Round competitor in the 100 meters and 4x100m relay • ran a 10.60 in the 100 meters at the Big Ten Championships • led off the 1,600m sprint medley relay team that set the sixth-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays with a time of 3:23.69 • also ran the second leg of the 4x100m relay that set the fifth-fastest time in school history (40.26) • 4x100 meter relay team finished fifth at the Big Ten Championships • won the 100m at the Golden Bear Twilight (10.44) • finished second in the 100 meters at the Tom Cat Twilight (10.53) • 4x100 meter relay team finished second at the Iowa Musco Twilight and the ASU Invite.

2011 Season - Indoor:won the 60 meter dash (6.82) at the Northwest Open • finished third at the Jack Johnson Classic with a time of 6.81 • picked up another first place finish at the Minnesota Open (6.86).Outdoor:finished seventh at the Big Ten championships in the 100 meters (10.43) • ran a 10.47 at the Jim Click Shootout for a fourth place finish • took second at the St. Thomas Quad with a time of 10.79 • letterwinner.

2010 Season -Indoor: Competed in eight meets in hir redshirt freshman indoor season • placed eighth in the 60-meter dash (6.88) at the Big Ten Championships • ran a career-best time of 6.87 seconds in Big Ten prelim, the seventh-fastest time in Gopher history • won 60m titles at Northwest Open and Snowshoe Open. Outdoor: An NCAA Preliminary competitor in the 100 meters running a time of 10.77 in first round • led off the Gophers' 4x100m relay that placed sixth at Big Ten meet • also competed in 100m and 200m at Conference meet • clocked a career-best time of 10.57 in 100m at Musco Twilight • earned second varsity letter.

2009 Season:
Indoor: Redshirted. Outdoor: Competed in seven meets • ran the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x100-meter relay at Big Ten Championships • clocked top time of 10.63 in 100 meters in Big Ten prelim • Hamline Unsaintly 200-meter runner-up with season-best time of 21.75 • ran the third leg of the 4x100m relay, which placed first in three meets • varsity letterwinner
