2013 Season- Indoor: Finished eighth at the Jack Johnson Classic with a jump of 6-05 (1.96m)• placed sixt ha the Bill Bergan Invitational. Outdoor: did not compete.

2012 Season - Indoor: Won the high jump at the Brooks Classic with a jump of 6-10 3/4 (2.10m) • placed fourth at the Holiday Inn Invitational • jumped 6-6 3/4 at the Jack Johnson Classic. Outdoor: Placed second in the high jump at the Stanford Invite with a jump of 6-7 (2.01m) • also finished second at the Bolstorff Twilight • placed third at the Tom Cat Twilight • took fourth at the ASU Invite with a jump of 6-8 3/4 (2.05m) • Academic All-Big Ten.

At Kansas State (2009-10): Participated in the Big 12 indoor championships • set an indoor personal record of 6-10 and 1/4 in the high jump.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Chaska high school • high school coaches were Scott Stallman and Steve Pughe • three-time Minnesota Class 2A state high jump champion • won in 2007, 2008, and 2009 with jumps of 6-8, 6-10, and 6-9, respectively • the only three-time state champion in school history • two-time Lake Conference champion • also a three-time letterwinner in basketball.

Personal: Born April 20, 1990 • plans to major in economics/finance/management • son of Craig and Brenda Jerde • has a younger sister, Jessica • enjoys fishing and volleyball.
