2012 Season - Indoor: Ran a 4:09.97 mile at the Big Ten Championships • finished fourth in the mile run at the Jack Johnson Classic (4:09.50) • finished third in the 800 meters at the Bethel Invite (1:55.49) • placed fifth in the 800 meters at the Snowshoe Open (1:54.15) • also competed in the distance medley and 4x400m relays during the season. Outdoor: Finished third in the 1,500 meters at the Golden Bear Twilight with a time of 4:00.04 • ran a 3:58.84 in the 1,500m at the Drake Relays.
2011 Season Outdoor:ran a season-best 3:47.13 at the Mt. SAC Relays Open in the 1,500 meters • took fifth at the Big Ten Championship with a time of 3:51.11 in the 1,500 meters • ran the first leg of the third place 4x1,600-meter relay (16:40.29) at the Drake Relays • letterwinner.
2010 Season -Indoor: Ran in four meets • finished eighth in the mile at the Big Ten Championships (4:13.06) • clocked a season-best time of 4:07.70 in the Big Ten prelim. Outdoor: Competed in four meets • ran the 1,500 meters at the Big Ten meet • clocked top 1,500m time of 3:50.15 at the Sun Angel Classic • ran the second leg of the 4x1,600m relay that placed fourth at the Drake Relays • varsity letterwinner.
2009 Season - Indoor: Ran a time of 4:32.45 in the mile at teh Bowlus Open in his only meet. Outdoor: Competed in six meets • placed second in the 1,500 meters (3:55.06) at the Minnesota Open.
2008 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
Cross Country: A three-year member of the squad • 2011 NCAA Championships competitor v ran on Big Ten lineups for three years • three-time letterwinner.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Lakeville South High School • high school coaches were Jessica Just and Jazz Sommers • a five-time all-state honoree in high school track/cross country career • captured all-state honors as a junior and senior in the 1,600 meters • placed 13th in the mile at the 2007 Nike Outdoor Nationals, the seventh-best time in Minnesota high school history • also competed in Nordic skiing.
