2012 Season - Indoor: Ran a 4:12.70 mile at the Jack Johnson Classic ran an 8:20.86 in the 3,000 meters at the Bill Bergan Invite ran a 1:57.68 in the 800 meters at the Snowshoe Open. Outdoor: NCAA West Preliminary competitor in the 10,000 meters finished eighth in the 10,000m at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 29:31.68 also competed in the 5,000m (14:20.98) ran a 14:00.75 in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invite, setting the ninth-fastest time in school history Academic All-Big Ten.
2011 season Indoor:competed at the Minnesota Open in the 800 meter and finished fifth(2:00.16) took fifth at the Snowshoe Open in the mile (4:13.50) competed at the Minnesota Open in the mile and took second (4:17.13) competed at the Bill Bergen Invitational in the 3000 meters and finished first (8:17.33) competed at the Husky Classic and finished with a time of 4:11.9 in 5,000 meter competed at the Big Ten Championship in the 5,000 meter and finished fourteenth (14:27.47)Outdoor: finished fourth at the Baldy Castillo Invitational in the 1,500 meter (3:54.82) took second at the Macalester Twilight in the 1,500 meters (3:55.41) competed in the 5,000 in the Big Ten Championships and ran a 14:28.61 finished second at the Mt. SAC Relays Invitational Elite in the 10,000 meters (29:24.11).
2009 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Washburn High School high school coaches were Noelle Palmer and Sarah Gustafson placed third (15:44.5, 5K) at the 2007 Minnesota Class AA Cross Country Championships 2007 sectional and Minneapolis City Conference medalist clocked a personal best of 15:37, placing 19th at the 2007 Foot Locker Midwest Region Championship placed 22nd in state meet as a junior, 90th as a sophomore two-time all-state honoree his senior track season placed third in the 3,200-meter run (9:21.81) and eighth in the 1,600 meters (4:24.15) competed in both those events at state as a junior graduated second in his class.
