2013 Season- Indoor: Took 25th at the Iowa State Classic in the 400 meters (49.21) ran the 600 meter at the Northwest Open finishing in sixth (1:23.18) also ran the 600 meters at both the Snowshe Open (1:23.39) and Jack Johnson Classic (1:24.04). Outdoor: Took ninth at the Iowa Musco Invitational in the 400m (49.43) earend Academic All-Big Ten honors.
2012 Season - Indoor: Won the 200 meters at both the Bethel Invitational (49.25) and the Northwest Open (49.75) finished second in the 200m at the Snowshoe Open (49.41) ran a 49.87 in the 200m at the Jack Johnson Classic also competed in the 4x400m and distance medley relays. Outdoor: Won the 400 meters at the Golden Bear Twilight with a time of 48.20 also won the 400m at the Drake Alternate (48.99) and Bolstorff Twilight (49.03) finished second in the 200 meters at the Drake Alternate (22.40) finished third in the 200 meters at both the Tom Cat Twilight (22.14) and Bolstorff Twilight (22.30).
2011 Season:Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School:A 2010 graduate of Stillwater Area High School high school coach was Scott Christensen 2010 Minnesota Class AA state champion in the 400 meters with a time of 48.35 also part of fifth-place 4x200 relay runner-up in the 400m in 2009 three-time Suburban East Conference champion, twice in the 200m and once in the 400m all-conference and all-state in 2009 and 2010 holds school record in the 400m participated on state-champion Future Farmers of America team also lettered in academics.
Personal: Born August 10, 1992 plans on majoring in forest resources son of Maureen and Craig Falzone has a twin sister, Chelsey interests include travel and forestry.
Wieland, Wiebke Earn Academic All-America
A three-time Academic All-American, Wieland represented the Maroon & Gold on the Second Team while Wiebke picked up his first career honor as a Third Team selection.
