Indoor:
Won the 800 meter dash at the 2015 Northwest Open with a time of 1:53.33.· In dual play at Wisconsin, placed second in the 800 meter with a time of 1:54.02. · At the 2015 Iowa State Classic, placed 22nd in the 1 mile run with a time of 4:05.98. · Finished 9th in sectional competition at the 2015 B1G Indoor Championships. Outdoor: At the 2015 Baldy Castillo Invitational, finished 7th in the 800 meter with a time of 1:51.22.

2014 | REDSHIRT SEASON
Indoor: At the 2014 Northwest Open competed unattached in the 800 meters and finsihed 3rd with a time of 1:55.66. Placed 12th at the Jack Johnson Classic in the 800 meters with a time of 1:56.69 while competing unattached. Competed unattached at the Snowshoe Open in the 800 meters and placed second with a time of 1:52.85. Outdoor: At the 2014 Musco Twilight finished 7th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.95. Unattached at the 2014 Hamline Invitational won the 1500 meters with a time of 3:55.19.

Graduated from Kasson-Montorville Senior High School with high honors in 2013 · the 2013 MSHSL Class AA runner-up in the 800 meters, finishing in 1:53 · competed in three events at the 2013 state meet and also placed in the meet as a sophomore in 2011 · won a total of six conference titles as a prep including four in his senior season · high school coaches were Erik Myran and Travis Robertson · a three-time alll-conference honoree (twice in track, once in cross country) · earned a total of six athletic letters as a prep (four in track, one in cross country, one in basketball).
