Siegmeier Picks Up Second Title for Season

The All-American led all competitors at the national meet with a height of 5.11 meters (16-09.25 ft.).

2013 Season-Indoor: Ran the mile at the Snowshoe Open finishing in 18th with a time of 4:26.53. Outdoor-Ran the 3000 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational finishing second whith a time of 8:47.13• also took fifth in the 3000 meters at the Iowa Musco Invitational• Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

High School: graduated from Eden Prairie in 2011 • high school coaches were Jeff Lindlief and Bruce Kivimaki • two time all-state selection • three time all conference in cross country • two time Section 6AA Cross Country Champion • AA Individual State Cross Country Champion in 2009 • NXN Heartland Regional Champion (15:33 in the 5K) • Minnesota Boys Cross Country Gatorade Runner of the Year • finished 29th in the state championship as a sophomore, first as a junior and third overall as a senior • took eighth in the state championships in Nordic Skiing as a senior • graduated with honors and a gold cord after earning a 3.9 GPA.
