Wieland closed out the weekend in stellar fashion for Minnesota, winning the Big Ten heptathlon title and setting a new school record for the event in the process.

2015 Season - Indoor: Finished first in the weight throw at the 2015 Northwest Open with a throw of 19.59 meters (64-03.25 ft.).• At the 2015 Minnesota Open set an individual personal record in the wieght throw in route to taking home the title with a throw of 21.14 meters (69-04 ft.). • Took home the title in the weight throw event at the 2015 Jack Johnson Classic with at throw of 21.21 meters, an event record (69-07.00). • Finished 1st in weight throw competition at the 2015 Snowshoe Open with a mark of 20.73 meters (68-00.25).
2012 Season - Indoor: Placed fourth in the weight throw at the Northwest Open with a distance of 52-0 1/2 (15.86m) • also competed in the weight throw at the Iowa State Classic (50-9 1/4) and Snowshoe Open (53-10 1/2). Outdoor: Competed in a total of 13 events of the outdoor season • competed in the discus at the Big Ten Championships with a throw of 170-7 (52.00m) • also competed in the hammer throw with a toss of 164-7 (50.16m) • finished second in the discus at the Bolstorff Twilight with a toss of 178-4 (54.36m) • placed fifth in discus at the UNI Open (169-8) • finished second in discus (167-5) and hammer (176-0) at the Hamline Invite • placed third at the Drake Alternates (159-08, 48.66m) • finished fourth in the hammer at the Bolstorff Twilight with a throw of 176-9 (53.88m).
